Starting from the 15th of August 2023, the wallet function will be enabled in Move Platform. Due to the impact of the policy on your personal interests, the "Move Wallet Terms and Conditions" is now published for your explanation, and to supplement other agreements in Move Platform.
- After starting the wallet function, you can top-up your balance through the Move APP online, or through the customer service offline. If the balance does not match the actual top-up amount, you can contact us through customer service any time.
- Your available balance is the sum of the actual top-up amount, the gift amount on the Move Platform and other top-up methods (including following new methods such as top-up cards, gift cards, etc.). You can use the available balance in the process of hailing and you agree and authorize the platform to automatically deduct the order amount (including surcharges or cancellation fees) after the trip ends.
- You fully acknowledge that the available balance is non-refundable and cannot be cash out once top-upped, which can be consumed on the Move Platform only. If you do not agree with this non-refundable policy, please do not provide any top-up to the balance.
- Your available balance is valid permanently, but the balance of the platform gift amount or other top-up methods may have an expiration date. You can check on the balance and expiration date through the Move APP.
- This "MOVE Wallet Terms and Conditions" is a supplement to all the platform service agreements of Move Platform, and terms other than this policy shall be in accordance with other agreements/policies/descriptions on the platform.
