Move Rewards Points

What are Rewards Points？

Rewards Points are the rewards earned by Move’s users (referring to those who register and login into Move’s account, hereinafter referred to as “users”) after completing an order, itinerary sharing, or daily login. Users can check the rewards points earned in the “Rewards” under Move App.

Rewards Points can be used to exchange coupons, gifts, or other benefits provided by Move in Rewards. Please refer to the following rules and regulations for points earning and usage. 

How to earn Rewards Points？

Completed orders!

• After completion of each order, 10 points will be given for every USD1.00 spent based on the actual consumption amount.

Share your trip!

• Completing your ongoing journey sharing will earn 25 points, each user can be entitled to two times per day.

Daily Login!

• Completing the daily login task in the APP for 10 points, a maximum of once per day
• Users can get extra 50 points for completing a login task 5 days per month; 150 points for completing a login task 15 days per month, and 300 points for completing a login task 25 days per month.

How to utilize Rewards Points？

Exchange of Coupons in Discount Zone

• You can utilize the rewards points by exchanging coupons in Move’s Rewards.

Exchange of Commodity

• You can utilize the rewards points by exchanging physical gifts provided by the Move platform.

Exchange of Merchant Coupons

• You can utilize the rewards points by exchanging coupons of cooperative merchants with Move.

Precautions

The corresponding content of Rewards Points redemption is used and redeemed according to the details of the products, including the scope of usage, validity date, and redemption limit. 

Rewards Points cannot be redeemed, transferred, sold, or used across accounts. Once redeemed or exchanged for products, both rewards points and products cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Breach of conduct

Where obtained or used Rewards Points in violation of rules or in improper ways (including but not limited to cheating, maliciously behavior, disrupting or maliciously exploiting the system, or any rules loopholes) Move has the right to require the users to return deducted amount of order or exchange gifts according to the severity of their behavior. 

Move platform has the right to amend, modify or make additional rules and regulations concerning the Rewards Points at any time.
