- You will obtain UP Points through spending on the platform, such as actual payment amount for riding services.
- It cannot be obtained by intercity booking, wallet top-up, flash deals purchases, cancellation fees, enterprise payment or any offline payment out of the platform.
- The UP Points will be deducted if there is invalid or refunded order.

- Silver: 300
- Gold: 1,000
- Platinum: 3,000

UP Points acceleration for different membership level
- Member: Spent $1 = 10 UP Points
- Silver: Spent $1 = 11 UP Points
- Gold: Spent $1 = 12 UP Points
- Platinum: Spent $1 = 13 UP Points
- Diamond: Spent $1 = 13 UP Points

You can redeem more and more exclusive coupons in monthly based on different membership level. The exclusive coupons will be updated from time to time, the specific benefits are subjected to the display page of MoveUP Membership.
UP Points' expiry dates
- The UP Points' expiry date is based on your last transaction + 90 days.
- If the transaction interval is not more than 90 days, the UP Points can always be accumulated.
- If your upgraded membership continues with no spending, it will be downgraded. Example for Diamond with 10,000 UP Points will downgraded to Platinum with 3,000 UP Points. Please note that the membership level will continue to be downgraded when you are not spending.
