About Intercity Service

You can reserve this Intercity service at least 45 minutes in advance and 7 days in advance at the earliest. 

Departure is from specific and available city, destination and price may check via APP. If you need another arrangement for provinces which not included in APP, please contact 018777666 for inquiries. 

Intercity fees = From specific city to the destination of the city/province at a fixed price.

• Only provide point to point service from specific city to the destination of the city/province
• Users can stop temporarily for rest (not more than 1 hour), but cannot deviate from the route for other usage.
• The basic intercity fees only include driver’s fees and gasoline fees. Any tolls and parking fees are to be paid extra by the customers, and it is classified as other fees.

City Rental services are applicable for the option to continue the car usage. The fee is calculated by Intercity (one-way fee) + city rental package fee. City Rental package price listed in APP. 

City Rental fees = Basic package price + extra mileage/overtime fees (if any) + other fees (if any).

• If the mileage and duration did not exceed the package, the basic package price will be charged
• Any exceeding of the mileage or duration will be billed following the pricing rules
• The basic package fees only include driver’s fees and gasoline fees. Any tolls and parking fees are to be paid extra by the customers, and it is classified as other fees.

If the actual use of duration or mileage is over the basic City Rental package provided, both over duration and mileage do not charge repeatedly, it will be charged with the higher amount.  

You can select a return trip while booking at APP. The return trip is only applicable back to specific city with the same price (one-way price).

Package fee = Intercity one way fee + City Rental fee (if any) + Intercity return fee

• Return trip only applicable on the same day and no driver’s overnight stay
• Recommend to communicate between driver and user if any rest time is needed to avoid safety and fatigued issue caused by long-distance driving
• If you reached the first province destination and need to return on the same day, the driver is only waiting in place for up to 2 hours.

One way/return for long-distance can temporarily stop and rest (not more than 1 hour) before reaching the destination. Overtime fees will be charged accordingly if more than 1 hour.

After reaching the first city destination, the driver can only wait not more than 2 hours for the return trip. Users are not allowed to utilize the service without city rental booking in this period. Overtime fees will be charged accordingly if more than 2 hours. 

Remark: City Rental service will be timed accordingly and will be included in the duration of the package (if any).

In case of order cancellation, the fees shall be calculated as follows：

• Free cancellation shall apply to those orders canceled more than 30 minutes before departure
• If you cancel the order within 30 minutes before the departure, you need to pay a cancellation fee of 30% of the order amount (for Intercity one-way fees)
• If you cancel the order after the driver arrived at the pick-up location, the cancellation fee shall be charged as 50% of the order amount (for Intercity one-way fees)
• If the driver arrived at the pick-up location, and you are not reachable for more than 20 minutes, the cancellation fee shall be charged as 50% of the order amount (for Intercity one-way fees)
• After the driver picked up the customer, the order cannot be canceled but only can complete in advance, and 100% of the order amount will be charged.

Recommend canceling the order before the journey started, and reserving again for the new destination. Please refer to the cancellation rules above for any cancellation fees involved. After the trip starts, it is not applicable for any modification of the destination. 

Yes, it is applicable for:

• City Rental service added after reaching the destination
• Add a return trip for the Intercity service
• The routes or city selection is not applicable for any modification, you may make a new reservation for a new destination of the city with added packages (if any).

Our drivers may have knowledge of various attraction places in the city, but they are not trained tour guides. We recommend you arrange an itinerary and plan in advance for tourism purposes.
